These terms apply to your use of the Moldova International Invitation Bureau website and service, provided by MIID ("MIID", "we"). Business name and address: MIID, Mihail Kogalniceanu, Chisinau, 2009, Moldova. By creating an account or submitting an application you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

MIID is an independent commercial service. We are not a government authority, embassy or consulate, and we are not an officially authorised immigration consultant. We do not make immigration, visa or entry decisions.

2. The service

MIID helps applicants prepare and submit an application for an invitation letter for travel to the Republic of Moldova. We review the application and documents, arrange processing, and deliver the issued invitation to your online account. When an invitation is issued, it appears in your portal for download. We do not submit visa applications and we do not guarantee that an invitation, visa or entry will be granted.

3. Group applications

Invitations are issued for group tours of at least 2 travellers. Individual applications are not accepted. The account holder confirms they are authorised to submit the information and documents of every traveller in the group.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide information and documents that are true, complete and belong to the travellers named.
• Keep your account password confidential.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documents. Late responses extend the processing time.

We may refuse or cancel an application that contains false, misleading or incomplete information.

5. Fees and payment

The service fee is €300 per person and is shown before you pay. Payment is taken online by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure payment provider. The fee is subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Tracking and processing time

After payment you receive a tracking number and your application is shown as In Progress. We aim to complete processing within 8 to 10 working days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

7. The invitation document

The invitation is delivered exactly as issued. Check the details as soon as you download it and tell us immediately about any error. Use of the invitation is subject to the rules of the relevant authorities.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MIID's total liability for any claim relating to an application is limited to the service fee paid for that application. We are not liable for decisions made by any authority, for travel costs, or for losses caused by information you provided.
