Refund Policy

This policy explains how the MIID service fee is handled. By submitting an application and paying the fee, you confirm that you have read and accepted it.

1. The service fee is non-refundable

The service fee of €300 per person is non-refundable. This applies once payment has been made, whatever the outcome of the application.

2. Why the fee cannot be refunded

As soon as your application is paid, work and costs begin on your behalf. The fee covers:

• administration fees for reviewing, preparing and submitting the application;
• lawyer and legal fees for preparing and checking the invitation documentation;
• other processing costs, such as communication, document handling and payment processing charges.

These costs are incurred whether or not an invitation is finally issued, so the fee cannot be returned.

3. Unsuccessful or cancelled applications

The fee is not refunded if an application is cancelled by you, delayed, or not successful, including when the decision is made by the competent authorities, or when information or documents are incomplete, incorrect or provided late.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice for the same application, or charged an amount different from the one shown at checkout because of a technical error, contact us at moldova@moldovainvitationbureau.international with your tracking number. We will correct the error.
